STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM GUY. HE TAKES ADVANTAGE OF YOU FOR IMMIGRATION CHECK-UP.
The office first charge you $175, then on getting to the doctor, he will ask you if you have insurance and send you to go use your insurance after you must have paid him for the same service.
In my own case, I did my first check-up with him and sent it to immigration, he charged me $500 in total, then immigration delayed my case and a year letter, they asked i sent updated checkup and I went back to this same guy who did the first thinking is going to be cheap and considerate.
On getting there, I was told I am going to pay a new fee even when my record is with them and I did the tests/ immunization already with them and I paid another $150. Seeing the doctor, whom am sure is an immigrant from India who did my first test. He asked if i have an active insurance, I said YES and he referred me to go quest diagnosis to run the blood work and check ups even when they have already taken money from me for the service. I did as he said because, i just wanted to send back the information to immigration ASAP which he noticed.
On my return the next 2 days, he told me that he is going to do most of the immunization again (about 5 of them) and it will cost me another $350 which I have to pay in cash, I plead him to reduce it and he refused, I wasn't looking at the money but wanted to send it back to get a decision so I went and withdrew another $350 and gave him.
At that point, he gave me a cold flu injection and other other one and told me he mixed the other immunizations together, so I only got 2 shots for $500.
Immediately, I came out of his office, the receptionist, handed me my envelope well sealed, that means he already signed them knowing I have taken the immunizations with him in the past and I left.

I strongly advice, if you must go this guy or his office, ask for all information about your payment before you start because immediately you pay and he notices you want your result fast.He will strike, he is an opportunist and I will never advice you go to him.

The staffs working with him are nice but I pray he doesn't infect them with his dubious character. They were surprised how am made to pay all that money without them drawing a drop of blood from me
