I am terribly upset at Juliani's painting.

From a workmanship and quality of painting- they did a great job. However, they do not follow instructions when it comes to paint quality.

I specifically told Juliani's that we have a newborn at home and that we needed a low VOC paint. Their painters came to the house to prep and I talked to the painters before going to the paint store to ensure they were getting a low VOC which they ensured that they were.

At the end of the day, I go to look at the work done so far and look down to see that the paint was Ben Moore Regal Classic which Benjamin Moore reps when called stated "not a low VOC paint and should not be used with newborns in the house."

The room they started with was my son's room. The fumes and smell are so harsh that we have headaches and are leaving the house to a motel so that our son doesn't get sick.

Again- workmanship was great. But they do not understand how dangerous their product can be!
